-Have a personal or family history of colorectal cancer or polyps.
-Are 50 years old.

-Have a genetic link to colorectal cancer such as Lynch Syndrome, FAP  etc.
-Have ulcerative colitis, inflammatory bowel disease or Crohn’s disease.
