Operating Hours

  • Monday: 5:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday: 5:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday: 5:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
  • Thursday: 5:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
  • Friday: 5:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
  • Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Sunday 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Members have access to our racquetball courts, weight equipment, & cardio equipment. Members also participate in a variety of fitness classes and/or meet with a personal trainer to help them reach their fitness goals.

  • Childbirth Class

    Convenient half day class. Learn from a nurse certified in teaching childbirth classes. You and your support person can learn about labor, birth, and how to prepare for one of the most important times of your life. Bring 2 pillows. Light snack provided.
