Buena Vista Regional Medical Center has been recognized by Becker’s Hospital Review as one of 250 hospitals in the nation to receive a five-star rating for patient experience. BVRMC was one of nine hospitals in Iowa to receive this recognition.
Recognitions are based on Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) survey data from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. The ratings reflect surveys collected between October 1, 2024, and September 30, 2025, and were released in July 2026.
