BVRMC would like to announce a partnership with Women’s Health Boutique, a mastectomy program offered by UnityPoint at Home.
The Women’s Health Boutique program focuses exclusively on mastectomy related products. These services are available to BVRMC patients and also to those clients not under hospital care.
Gale Fischer, Certified Prosthetic Fitter, is available every 3rd Thursday and is temporarily located in BVRMC Oncology, where there is a private fitting & consultation room.
Appointments for these fitting services, viewing products and orders can be made by calling 515.955.8500. Gale will take the time to visit with you prior to your appointment to discuss your specific needs.
Many Medicare beneficiaries are unaware that they are eligible for a new prosthetic form every two years and up to six bras a year. UnityPoint Women’s Health Boutique accepts Medicare and major insurance plans.
