Eight recipients were selected to receive nursing scholarships for the 2022-2023 academic year. Since the program began in 2003, 172 scholarships have been awarded. Each scholarship is $1,000 and funded entirely from donations that value education and helping the next generation of health care providers.

- Jim and Barb Jorgensen Nursing Scholarship – Brittany Turnquist, Alta
- Marilyn Bryant Memorial Nursing Scholarship – McKenzie Diamond, Fonda
- The Physicians of Storm Lake UnityPoint Clinics – Vatsana Vethita, Storm Lake
- BVRMC Shared Governance Council Nursing Scholarship – Kaylynn Smit, Storm Lake
