The hospital will file claims to your insurance company. Please supply the necessary policy information at the time of service.
The hospital accepts insurance assignments directly from your insurance company.
The hospital cannot accept responsibility for collecting your insurance claim or negotiating a settlement on a disputed claim. You will be held personally responsible for your account until it is paid in full.
Payment in full expected within 30 days of insurance payment.
To assist with payment, the hospital accepts personal checks, cash, Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit cards.
